On 23 of March 2020. Mr.Zen has been arrested by the police at an gallery in Phuket in charge concerning “putting into a computer system false computer data in a manner that is likely to cause panic in the public”. After the arrest he was taken to the Phuket Provincial Police Office to process the arrest memo. He posted posted a message on 16 March 2020 that upon his return from Spain’s Barcelona, he encountered no Covid-19 screening at the Immigration checkpoint of the Suvarnabhumi Airport, similar to 500-600 other passengers from the same flight and a couple other flights.
Later, Airport Deputy General Manager said that the post has caused damage to the reputation of various public authorities and he would consider launching a legal action for the injury caused as a result of the posting of false information into the computer system and for spreading fake news to cause panic in the public.
Zen said,it was not just him who had returned, but there were several other passengers in the flight who had travelled from a risk country. He simply wanted Thailand to make the disease screening even more stringent to prevent further outbreak.

Now, Mr.Zen is in the legal process. He's out of prison for 48 days for waiting the concideration of the attorney to concideatio about filling a lawsuit on the 12th of May 2020.
This situation made him knew about the real life of people who have to be imprisoned because, they do not have the money for bail.
Bail is based on the principle that the accused is presumed innocent until proved guilty. And we found that some people lack of it and have to land in jail during proceeding in the legal process.
